After setting up a hen and gobbler decoy, I got into my ground blind, leaned my gun in the corner, and made a call on my ole trusty slate call. In less than five minutes, I heard a few clucks outside my blind and when I peeked outside, I saw a nice Tom turkey squaring up with my decoy!
After watching the unfolding spectacle for about a minute, the Tom made his move and decided to engage in the fight and jumped up and spurred my decoy, knocking it over! As he stood there looking confused, I dispatched him before he figured it out!
