I got the first pictures of him on the morning of January 10th, 2024. I was caught totally off guard. I called my buddy, that’s my taxidermist, and told him to figure out how I was going to mount him. I got to my stand at 4:40 on the same afternoon and killed him at 5:10, the only deer I saw the whole afternoon. He was headed back to the feeder he ate at that morning.
